10 Things For The Earth

There are many things you can do to help the Earth today. Here are some examples that I do to make this world a better place.

1. Compost, it helps the soil get back its nutrition rather than wasting it in the trash.

2. STOP littering, many animals die just from people who litter.

3. Garden, it is good for the Earth & our body, plus it eliminates packing & shipping.

4. Recycle, it helps the environment more than you would ever know by persevering our natural resources, plus it stops filling land fills.

5. Ride your bike instead of driving will stop pollution from gas.

6. Save energy, turn off lights, unplug electronics if your not using them, because its burning too much CO2. Use solar panels.

7. Eat a vegetarian diet at the very least even better if you eat raw vegan because its saving rain forests & stops polluting the water. To read more click HERE

8. Stop using toxic cleaners that pollutes your water.

9. Stop junk mail, it kills more and more trees.

10. Shop for long lasting things.

Game Designers, Programmers, and Artists.

Do you ever want to make a video game? Well, if you do there are three jobs that you can work at. They are called: Game Designers, Programmers, and Artist. If you like making ideas coming to life, you could be a Game Designers. If you like math, I would recommend you be a Programmer. If you like to draw I would recommend you to be a Artist. I would like to be a Game Designer, because I like thinking about things coming to life.

To become a Game Designer you would need two years of collage. Game Designers with three years or less of experience can earn up to $46,000 a year, three to six year of experience can earn you $55,600 a year, with six years or more of experience you can earn up to $70,000 a year. Designers mostly come up with the ideas, the story plot, the characters, and evil villiains. Game Designers is most like the leader.

Game Programmers learn to code the games. They learn the language of computers like C++, C sharp, Java, Flash, and C. C++ is the best thing for a game programmer to learn. C++ is the most popular language. Programmers need 4 years of collage to ge the job. Three years or less of experience gets you $50,000 a year. Three years to six years of experience earns you $66,000 a year, and with six years or more of experience earns you $88,000 a year.

A Game Artist usually deals with 2D and 3D graphics. It takes two years of collage to become a game artist. To become an Art Director you need 6 six of collage. Game Artists with three years or less of experience can earn you $42,000 a year. With three to six years of experience can earn you $66,000 a year, and with six years or more can earn you $64,000 a year.

The game industry isn't that big. The biggest comanies are Japan, the USA, Canda, and the UK in that order. The first video games were made in 1960s and 70s. I would recommend my report to people who want to become a Game Designer, Programmer, and Artists.

Alice In Wonderland

How will you like to be in Wonderland? Well I am writing a book report on Alice in Wonderland. Read about what happened to Alice when she ernt to Wonderland!



Alice felt really strange today. She saw a white rabbit murrdering to itself and out a watch. Alice though it was normal. A minute later Alice relized it wasn't normal and follow white rabbit. She barley saw the white rabbit jump in a hole. Alice also went down the hole.



When Alice reach the bottom. Alice saw a garden, but she needed a key to go in. On the shelf was a golden key. When Alice tried to go though the door she was too big. Alice couldn't remember who she was. She saw a bottle that was titled "drink me." She drank all of it and then became to shrink. Now she was small enough to go through, but the keywas on the self again.



Alice saw the Queen who is cazy and "Off with your head." She saw a cat that told direction and them vanished. The cat told what was on the left and the right Alice saw a catapillar and talk. The catapillar gave a special mushroom to grow smaller and larger. Alice went to court and in the middle of it, her sister woke her up. She told Alice that she was asleep for a long time and dinner was almost ready. Alice told her sister about her dream about wonderland. Alice's sister closed her eyes and image wonderland in her mind.



This was a great look I would really recommed it for people who like cazy advantures.

The World of Maplestory

In this world you can play on six different worlds, you can pick from three different character classes and you can go on party quest with your friends. So join me now as I introduce you to the world of maplestory

To download the game go to nexon.net and download Maplestory. It's a free sign up and it could take between 30 minutes to 3 hours. In the world of Maplestory there are six different worlds which you can pick from. My favorite world is Meridia, because my friends plays there. There are three different classes of jobs. They are called Explorer, Cygnus Knights, and Arans. The first category of jobs are Explorers. Examples of this are Magicians, Warriors, and Pirates. They are the original people you would pick. The second category is Cygnus Knights, for example Blaze Mage, Dawn Warrior, and Thunder Breakers. They are a little better than explorers. The Third category is Aran and there is only one type of character in this area and hes a special warrior.

In Maplestory you can use real money called nexon cash and the games money is called mesos. Nexon cash is used for anything in the Cash shop. For example, Nexon money can buy you pets, better weapons, and haircuts. Mesos are use to buy everything else in the game, like buying potion to heal yourself, buying from other people, and items in the game. Recently they upgrade the security so that anything new comes out people can't hack.

In this game there are party quests which are called pq for short. A party quest is where more than two people are in a quest to get extra exp. points. A quest might have challenges in it like destroying certain monsters. Another example might include picking up items that a monsters drop and handling to the party leader. Then the leader would tell them how to get to the next step. Then there are regular quests. There are two main parts of this. One part is a job quest which only include the user. The other type is called regular quests which may include other people helping out. Going on quests gets treasure, money, and exp. Going on a job quests at a certain a level could give you the next level of your job.

Maplestory has a friend's list and a guild list. A friend list has maximum of 100 people. It takes six or more people to make a guild. If your the master of the guild you need to pay 1.5 million mesos to make you guild. To make a picture on your guild it would coast 6 million mesos. Then you can expand your guild for 5 million mesos for every ten slots for new members.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone

Harry Potter is a eleven year old boy who has green eyes, black hair, and a lighting shape scar on his forehead. Harry finds out that hes a wizard he goes to Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry to learn how to use and control magic. Harry must stopped The Dark Lord Voldemort, because he want the Sorcerer's Stone that is locked up in Hogwarts for evil that must be stopped.

The Dursleys treated Harry like a smelly dog that rolled in mud. Harry kept getting letters to go somewhere that he doesn't know. The Dursleys and Harry went to a shack on a hill. On midnight of Harry's 11th birthday the shack began to sake. Hargid who was a giant that knew Harry when he was a little baby. Hargid told Harry the truth about his parents really dies, and hes a wizard. Harry reads the letter of Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Hagrid takes Harry to Diagon Alley which is under London. Hagrid and Harry goes to Green Gringotts which is a wizard bank. Wizard money is Galleons, Stickles, and Knuts. They went to Harry's bank and he was rich. Harry got wizard books, robes, a message owl, and a wand for Hogwarts school.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione went to the forbidden room, where Fluffy the giant 3 headed dog. Under Fluffy's paw was a passage way to the Sorcerer's Stone. The tests are devils plant, The room of flying keys, giant wizard chess, a troll, potions, and the mirror of Azia. Harry finds out that the back of Quill's head was the face of Lord Voldemort. Voldemort tired to kill Harry, but every time he touches Harry it burns him. So Harry barley survives the attack from Lord Voldemort. Lord Voldemort left Quill's body and ran away to survive. A month later Harry went back to live with the Dursleys for the summer.

My New Laptop

Four months ago, I finally got my own computer. I went to Best Buy. I had to wait for a week before I got it, because it wasn't in stock. It felt like I waited forever, because I was so excited.

It has a built in camera and video. It also has HD in it too. It has a built in wireless N network which means that it has the best range. It has 500 hard drive memory and 4 ram memory which means it goes really fast. While my dad and I were deciding on a computer he got a Netbook for himself. It has 1 ram and 360 hard drive memory. It even has a built in wireless N network for his little computer.

My dad gave his old computer to my little sister. She was happy and upset at the same time that she got a computer. Happy because she can go on it whenever she wants to. Upset because she didn't now how to get on the Internet, because there wasn't a built in wireless network. I had to show her how to use the wireless that my dad bought for his old computer. I am happy that I got my own computer.

New Moon & Twilight

November 20 at midnight I saw the New Moon. My Uncle Kevin bought tickets to see Twilight & New Moon. We waited in line since 5:30 pm. Twlight started at 9:00 pm, The entire theater was only open for the New Moon release. We had popcorn while waiting for New Moon to begin. New Moon the movie seemed rushed in comparison to the book, but it was still great. I didn't get home until 2:30 am. I think New Moon was way better than Twilight. If it was between the movie and the book of New Moon, I think the book is better.

The Secret Garden

The Secret Garden is a fun book about a girl from India who moves to England. Who turns into a good healthy, happy child. I would recommend this book to people who likes secrets.

Mary Lenox a sour looking blond girl who lives in India. Her mother & father are rich and have servants. Mary almost never sees her mother & father, because they tell the servants to hide her as much as possible. Mary's mother and father died of a illness. Mary was sent to a place with kids, all the kids hated her. Mary was taken to her uncle's house in England, Mary knows nothing about him. Martha is a servant in the home.

Martha took care of Mary. Mary hated the moor & the house. Mary likes to play in the garden. Mary sees the gardener working, his name is Ben Whetherstaff. On the same day she sees the red breast robin. The next day the robin shows Mary the key to the secret garden.

Mary finds the door underneath the ivy & goes inside the secret garden. Nobody has gone into it for 10 years. Everything looks dead. Mary asks her uncle if she can have a bit of earth. Mary asks Martha if she can have a seeds, sand, & a spade. Martha said she will tell her 10 year old brother Dickon to gather the supplies. Dickon gives Mary the seeds & spade. Mary tells Dickon about the secret garden. Dickon helps Mary with the garden. Mary finds a sick boy named, Colin crying in the middle of the night. Colin likes Mary, he sends Martha to get her. Mary & Colin are cousins. Colin is ill has a weak back & can't walk.

Colin, Mary, Dickon go to the secret garden. Colin begins to walk in the secret garden. Colin's dad come to the secret garden. Colin heals and comes racing out winning a race.

The book in my opinion is better than the movie because the book goes into more detail. The movie is old it was made in 1975.

Being a Survivor

If I lived in the wilderness, I would live in a house built of wood next to a river in a forest. I would get the wood by chopping down branches from using hand made tools. It would be warm in the morning, hot mid-day, & cold at night. I would use deer skin to stay warm at the night. I would see snakes & lizards basking in the sun, deer in the opening, squirrels in the trees, birds flying in the blue sky & much more. I would eat nuts, & edible plants. I would catch fish with a spear I made. I would eat lettuce, corn, potatoes, & red bell peppers. My house would be 5 feet off the ground, because of poisonous animals & anything else that might be harmful. The dangers would be poisonous snake & spiders. I would look out for spiders & snakes. If i got bit by a snake or spider I would clean out my wound.

Number 10 is Meant To Live by Switchfoot. This song gets me pump up. Number 9 is Seven Nation Army by The White Strips. I play this song on the guitar. Number 8 is I'm Yours by Jason Marz. Another song I play on the guitar. Number 7 Headstrong by Trapt. I really don't know why I like it I just do. Number is Otherside by Red Hot Chill Peppers. A song from a dad that he got me hooked on it. Number 5 is Viva La Vida by Coldplay. Now this song is from my Mom. Number 4 Under The Bridge by the Red Hot Chill Peppers. Another song from my dad. Number 3 is SuperMassvie Black Hole by Muse. I am a Twilight Fan. Number 2 is Decode by Paramore. Another Twilight Fan. Number 1 is Eyes On Fire by Blue Foundation. This song is GREAT.

Maple Story

Maple Story is an online computer game that I play. I play it almost every day. It's like the game runescape.com, but I think it's better. Maplestory has jobs like magician, warrior, pirate, archer, and thief. You can only pick one of these jobs. I picked magician. For magician there is Fire/Poison wizard, Ice/lighting wizard, and Celeira wizard. I picked fire/poison wizard. You start at level 1 like any other game. The highest level you can get is 200. 177 is the highest level I have seen. First you go on the website called Nexon.net and download Maple Story. The time depends on how fast your computer or laptop is. After the download is complete, you will click the i-con "start game". Your screen will go black and it will pop up.

Guitar

I have learned many new songs on the guitar. Like Day tripper by the Beatles, Wake Me When September Ends by Green Day, Seven Nation Army by the White Stripes, American Idiot by Green Day, Smoke On The Water Deep Purple, & Boulevard Of Droken Dreams by Green Day. I have fun practicing on the guitar. I learn the Blues shuffle in Key of A, power chords, syncopated Strum, & mute. I also learned some new chords. Like D7, Em, dsus, Am, E, E7, A5, C5, D5, E5, & Em chord. Next Monday I will learn the rest of Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Green Day.

Guitar Lessons

I've had 5 guitar lessons with Bob. Bob makes it fun to play the guitar. I see him every Friday at 4:00 p.m. I am amazed what I have learned so far.

My first lesson was February 6, 2009. I learned 3 chords: A7, D, and G.

My second lesson was to make the 3 chords sound clearer. I learned the C chord, which is the hardest for me to remember.

My third & fourth lesson were together. I learned 3 riffs from: "Ska8r Boi", "Iron Man", and "Hey There Delilah".

My fifth lesson was to learn a riff from "Sunshine Of Your Love." This was a super famous song, so famous it's on Guitar Hero! It's a lot harder on a real guitar. Bob said I need to make my songs connect together.

New Drawing

I love doing Japanese animation. I am learning form a special kit called " Faber-Castell Manga"

I finished this drawing today. It took a long time to do this drawing. It is a book called Naruto vol. 22. I read that I this was the cover.

This is a drawing that I did a couple months ago. The E stands for evil. This is an Japaneses animation drawing.

Guitar Practice- Lesson 1

Last Friday, I started taking guitar lessons again. This time I have a new instructor named Bob. My last instructor stopped teaching because he became ill. I received an electric guitar for Christmas a couple of years ago. I just got a music stand, tuner, guitar book, and a foot stand. The book I am learning from is called " Guitar Method 1". Bob said that this book would help me play all different styles and that I would learn faster if I studied chords first. Some advice that Bob gave me was to tune my guitar every day since I had not had it tuned in a long time and it kept wanting to go out of tune. He said I wouldn't need new strings. He told me to play whenever I wanted and that he wanted it to be fun. I meet up with Bob once every week. It would be so much fun to learn how to play "Meant To Live" By Switchfoot. I would want to play that song all day.

Drawing

I am learning how to draw Japanese animation characters. My mom bought me a drawing set. It contains a special ruler, 2 pens, pencil, eraser, and a pencil sharpener. This picture is my first drawing of a full body. This is just the beginning of my drawing. I hope my drawing skills improve.
